SHURIJO CASTLE PARK is the former royal castle of the Ryukyu Kingdom located in Naha City, and flourished as the royal castle of the Ryukyu Kingdom for about 450 years until Okinawa Prefecture was established in 1879. In 2019, nine facilities, including the main hall, were destroyed by fire, and you can now view the inside of the factory through glass, which is currently undergoing reconstruction in preparation for restoration in 2026.

The Shurikinjo O-Akagi trees are six large Akagi trees estimated to be over 200 years old. Akagi trees are common in Okinawa Prefecture, but this is the only area where such large trees can be seen in residential areas.

SHURI RYUSEN’s signature technique, "coral dyeing," was invented after the company's representative, Mr. Yamaoka, came across a coral fossil by chance on the beach, and is an original Shuri Ryusen technique. Currently, collecting coral fossils is prohibited, so only Shuri Ryusen can express the coral pattern.

Known as Okinawa's most sacred place, it is a place of religious ceremonies and nature worship in the Ryukyu Kingdom.

Cape Chinen Park is located on a cape that juts out into the sea, offering a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and, on a clear day, a close-up view of Kudaka Island. The park has a gazebo with a red-tiled roof and a promenade where you can relax.

Nakijin Castle Ruins is a royal castle comparable in scale to Shurijo Castle, dating back to before the establishment of the Ryukyu Kingdom in 1429, and is characterized by its curved stone walls that take advantage of the terrain. The view from the castle, located 100 meters above sea level, is magnificent.

Kourijima Island is an isolated island that can be reached by car from the main island of Okinawa, and when crossing the bridge, you can drive through the waters that are so clear that even local Okinawans praise it. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling at the shallow beach just at the entrance to Kourijimai Island.
